Did you know that one of the most popular breeds turned in to our local shelters are Pit Bulls? The Sullivan County Humane Society wants to help impact & lessen the number of Pit Bulls brought in by starting at the source. SNIP is a low cost spay/neuter program created by the Sullivan County Humane Society, in partnership with local veterinary clinics, to help address the issue of pet overpopulation in our area.  Snip offers a low cost solution to help those who want to spay or neuter their pet, but may not be able to afford the cost.
